Arborteum Cohousing, Inc. has no homes for sale at this time. We welcome your interest in cohousing and are happy to give tours of our
community. We have a low volume email list with Arbco news that will include
announcements of any homes that become available. Sign up for the Arbco-All email list through Yahoo! Groups.
Arboretum Cohousing includes 29 new homes in 2 beautiful, multi-family buildings connected by a cool underground tunnel, 3 rehabbed townhouse homes, a duplex
built by Habitat for Humanity, and 6 existing single-family homes. We are within walking distance to the revitalized downtown Madison, University of Wisconsin-Madison, and Edgewood College.
Our 6000 square foot common house
has meeting and kitchen facilities overlooking Lake Wingra. Our terraced, 2.2 acre site is
a paradise for kids of all ages with many safe nooks and crannies to explore, as well as the Lake Wingra beach
and Vilas Zoo just around the corner. Arbco is member-developed and member-managed.

a professional Cohousing Coach and member of Berkeley Cohousing. He's an
enthusiastic advocate of sustainable communities that allow for graceful "aging in place."
Raines has visited almost every cohousing community in the US and will be visiting Madison
after attending the national cohousing conference in Boulder, CO.
He's also an avid bicyclist, serious computer geek, and a nice guy.
